University of the South
The University of the South in Sewanee, TN hosts this conference, which
will provide workshops in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction. Writers

Opportunities to Learn About Business

Wabash College
This is a one-week, hands-on introduction to business and the market
economy. In addition to presentations by business professionals and
Wabash College faculty, students and their teammates will run a mock
business and compete against other teams that are selling a similar
product. OLAB is not all about business. There are social activities every
night and during the day there is recreation time. The program is open to
motivated students who have completed their junior year in high school
and is FREE except for snacks and other personal items. For more

Summer Scholars Program

University of Miami
This program offers academically-motivated high school sophomores and
juniors the ability to sample college life, form friendships and take classes
with peers from around the world, and explore exciting programs like,
Business and Leadership, Crime Scene Investigation, Digital Media
Production, Engineering, Health and Medicine, International Relations,
Sports Medicine, Tropical Marine Biology, and other stimulating academic

This academically challenging program is for students who have completed

Institute University of the Arts

This is a dynamic program where high school students can find their way in
the world as artists, thinkers, creators and performers, both within and
outside the classroom. Students who are 16-18 years of age can participate

Summer College for High School Students
University of Mississippi

The Summer College is comprised of ten programs and institutes in a
variety of disciplines and varying degrees of difficulty. Students will live in a
university resident hall during the four-week summer session and enroll in

Student Introduction To Engineering (SITE)

University of Alabama
This program is for rising high school juniors and seniors who are
interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students will
live in a UA residence hall, engage in teaming exercises, and tour an

Wharton Sports Business Academy
University of Pennsylvania

This is a summer sports business program that provides an opportunity for
talented rising high school juniors and seniors to study sports business
leadership at the Wharton School. This program will teach students about

This program provides a living/learning laboratory for rising juniors and
