Registration Instructions

Priority registration has now started!
Applications will be available in your portals until March 31st.
Don't delay
! New family registration starts March 20th!

Please follow the instructions below. Do not try to fill out forms on your phone.

1. Log into your Plus Portals account.

2. Select Forms from the Menu and then click the link to access your Online Forms Account.

3. You will see a list of all your registration forms (one for each child). Click on the View/Edit button to begin a form.

4. Follow the instructions on each page carefully and submit your form with the deposit. The re-enrollment process is complete once you have made the deposit.

5. If you are closing a form without completing it, please either click on Logout in the top-right or click on the Save and Revisit Later button at the bottom of the form. Do not just close the window.

If you are receiving an error message about "multiple sessions" when trying to access your forms, please click HERE and then close the window and try logging in again.
