عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: "مَا مِنَ الأَنْبِيَاءِ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلاَّ قَدْ أُعْطِيَ مِنَ الآيَاتِ مَا مِثْلُهُ آمَنَ عَلَيْهِ الْبَشَرُ، وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ الَّذِي أُوتِيتُ وَحْياً أَوْحَى الله إِلَيَّ، فَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَكُونَ أَكْثَرَهُمْ تَابِعاً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ".
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no prophet among the prophets who was not given signs the like of which made people believe in him. What I was given was revelation, which Allah revealed to me. So I hope that I will have the greatest number of followers on the Day of Judgment.
